Prompting

I haven’t really explored WordPress at all since I started this blog. Checked out a couple of blog themes, followed friends I knew who posted, browsed a couple of the articles on the home page but that’s about it.

I started to look into more specifics the other day. I’ve been blogging a lot about Natalie and that’s fine. I don’t want to ONLY blog about Natalie though. I was checking into how to create separate blogs within the same domain name. I haven’t figured it out yet but I did find a couple of cool things.

There is a word prompt of the day and a photo prompt of the week! So, I’m going to try to do those as well… because my plate isn’t full enough! 😛

The daily word prompt is self explanatory.

The weekly photo prompts (your photographs are to correspond with their chosen word)are every Friday and while I intended on participating, I find myself on Friday night with no photos. Instead of skipping out, I’ll just use words (for this week) instead.

Last Friday’s word was: Spare.

The pictures I wanted to (and mentally did) take were of a spare tire. A key under a mat. A panhandler begging for spare change. An empty room. A life spared… but then I got to thinking about a life taken and it all went to hell from there!

I haven’t checked the new prompt for this week but I’ll post my photos next Friday!

I am what a majority of the general population would call "crazy" and at this point in my life, I wear that label with love. I am a lifelong circus act. I'm focusing on balance while learning to juggle. I write about deeply overwhelming emotions like grief and I also go out and perform stand up comedy. I am a constant work in progress, as we all are. So, join me on my journey if you'd like but respect is a must. Otherwise I'll have my elephant crush you in the center ring, under the Big Top. :) Seriously, who needs that negative shit in their life? Namaste.
